Deep, sheltered Marigot Bay is said to have hidden the British Fleet commanded by  Admiral Barrington from its French Pursuers in  1778's. These day Marigot Bay is still a safe harbor, from Hurricanes and a great place to enjoy the breeze sipping Rum drinks at Captain Cellars 200 year old Tavern. We found our inspiration for our Marigot Bay Mango Barbecue Sauce from the many small children who run down the beaches selling American soft drinks, and fresh Mangos to the tourists. Needless to Say, we've used these ingredients in our Sauce!
